EmpoWE‐R Women of Information Security (EmpoWE‐R) reserves the right not to accept sponsorship requests at its discretion. Upon written acceptance by the EmpoWE‐R, the sponsor must provide logo images and other details required (such as correct use of the sponsor’s name, trademarks, etc.) to EmpoWE‐R within 30 days of receipt of acceptance.
Once your sponsorship request has been reviewed and approved, we will send you an invoice via email to pay by bank draft or physical check. If you wish to mail a check, you can make the check payable to EmpoWE‐R Women of InfoSec, 5533 Village Crossing, Hilliard, Ohio 43026.
Fill out the sponsorship form completely. Your submission of this form serves as your signature and indicates that you have read and understand the terms and agreements. You MUST include a 2nd contact name and local information to EmpoWE‐R (i.e., a regional sales rep). This will help ensure consistent communication between your organization and EmpoWE‐R.
Send your completed and signed form to sponsorships@empower-infosec.org. All sponsorships will be awarded on a first‐come, first‐served basis. We will respond to verify twe’ve received your sponsorship form and confirm your sponsorship level if it is still available, then send back to you the counter‐signed form.

Expected attendance between 250 – 300 (CISO, Executive VP, Directors, Practitioners and Students)
Please note that all sales are final and are non-refundable! If you desire to cancel your sponsorship, you will remain liable for the entire sponsorship fee, even if the sponsorship is later replaced.
If EmpoWE-R needs to cancel the Gala, refunds will be issued. If the Gala is canceled, sponsorships have the option to be converted to a donation towards the scholarship fund.
